My name is Moo and I’m about 7 years old and weigh 8 pounds. I came to the rescue as a pregnant stray
from the county shelter. I was pregnant with one puppy, but older girls like me shouldn’t be having
puppies and my puppy was stillborn. My foster mom let me spend some time with my puppy so that I
knew she wasn’t alive and I wouldn’t look for her.
I have spent about a month at my foster mom’s house. I have mastered the dog door go outside to potty
or lay in the sun. I’m a little shy once I meet you but I will soon be curled up in your lap. I get sad if I
don’t have lap time, and I love to curl up next to you in bed at night. I have lived with big dogs, little
dogs, and a desert tortoise! I like to play with other gentle dogs, or just nap in a cozy bed, on the couch
next to my person or in my person’s lap. Foster mom doesn’t have any small children, but since I am so
little, I would probably do best in a house with older or respectful children.
I didn’t know how to go for walks until I got to my foster mom’s house. She taught me to walk on a
leash with a harness and man do I love to go for walks! Foster mom says and I walk very nicely on a
leash. I also like car rides. I wear a harness and seatbelt when riding with my foster mom so I’m safe in
case there’s and accident or she has to stop fast!
Foster mom told me she will be picky when finding my home because I deserve to be a spoiled girl and
she wants to find me the exact right furever home for me.
