Cottage ( Coty ) came from a situation where he received very little human considerations and interactions. He was flea & tick infested , extremely filthy and terrified of human contact. His only comfort when he first arrived were the resident dogs. He followed them and sought comfort from them. Any time we touched him he would pee.
In the days to follow he became receptive to head touches , pick ups and now gives little kisses and wags his tail happily.
He is a darling chi mix. Perhaps a Jack Russel Terrier or Corgi? He’s sturdy, somewhat like corgi and might enjoy walks and short hikes given his build. He has a thick honey gold and white coat. He does a super dorky happy dance when he gets excited. He’s started to play with toys but just loves loves loves other dogs! He loves to chase, wrestle and run.
Cottage (Coty) needs to be in a home with a fur sibling(s). He’s never been without a four-legged companion. He is working on house & crate training. He will need help with socializing and leash training. I believe he will be an excellent and happy companion with consistent guidance.
Coty is smart, sweet, shy and eager to please. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on shots.
He is about a year old and about 9lbs but looks bigger due to all that fur!
