chihuahuas in need
THIS IS MIRA

My name is Mira. Also know as "Miracle baby". I
was found abandoned at a landfill. I was taken to Warner Vista Animal Hospital
where they have been working to nurse me back to health. I have severe injuries
that appear to be acid burns. I am the most loving, sweetest Chihuahua you will ever
meet.

A very special thanks to Warner Vista Animal
Hospital who have provided exceptional care for Mira.

See below for more photos of my injuries. WARNING: PHOTOS
ARE VERY GRAPHIC

Here are several photos of Mira -
From the very beginning of her care to the most current photos of her progress.

This is the first week of Mira's visit's to the Vet

THIS IS T-BONE

T-Bone came to AZCR in an emergency situation
from Yuma Humane Society. Sadly, they do not have doctors on staff, so the only
chance for this little guy was to get him to a vet. We received a call from YHS in the
afternoon, and that evening people were on the road to meet half way in Gila Bend. T-
Bone was seen by a wonderful vet and staff that were willing to work with him.

It appears that T-Bone was attached by another dog(s). You can see in the pictures
how many different wounds he suffered as a result. After being rushed up Yuma,
T-Bone spent about 2 weeks at the vets office. He needed round the clock care. He
has had 2 surgeries and will need at least 1 more. The worst wound is on his hind. He
was literally just ripped apart. His wounds had already started to get infected. After
being cleaned for a few days, the skin was placed. He also had a major hernia on his
side and a large opening in his growing. He is also still healing from K9 teeth marks
on his side.

T-Bone now goes home with his foster mom, who works with the vets office, every
night and weekend. He has made great progress and is a great little boy. He loves his
foster mom and his foster dog family.

Since we are a nonprofit organization, any donations to help pay for his medical
expenses would be greatly appreciated.
